Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Helann mobile application and related services operated by KRITTEE TEVAMIT (collectively, the "Application"). KRITTEE TEVAMIT is referred to as the "Service Provider".

Helann does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to submit your name, email address, or other profile information to use the Application.

The Application and its third-party service providers may automatically process information associated with your use of the Application, including:

• Device and network information, such as device type, operating system, IP address, device identifiers, and coarse location inferred from an IP address
• Product interaction information, such as app launches, screens or features used, and interactions with advertisements
• Advertising data, including advertisement impressions, clicks, and advertising performance information
• Crash, performance, and other diagnostic information

The precise information processed depends on your device settings, consent choices, location, and the services available to you.

Helann uses Google AdMob to display advertisements and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage privacy choices where required.

On iOS, Helann requests permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing the device advertising identifier or allowing tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies. Before the Apple permission prompt appears, Helann may show an explanatory screen describing why the permission is requested. This explanatory screen does not itself grant permission or collect information.

If you allow tracking, Google AdMob may use the device advertising identifier and related information to measure advertising performance and provide more relevant advertisements. If you do not allow tracking, you can continue using the Application's core functionality and advertisements may still be displayed, but they may be less personalized. You can change the tracking permission later in your device Settings.

Where required by applicable law, Helann presents additional consent choices through UMP before requesting advertisements. Available privacy choices can also be revisited from within the Application when required.

The Application and its service providers process information as necessary to:

• Provide sports schedules, match details, reminders, and other Application features
• Display, measure, limit, and improve advertisements
• Understand Application performance and diagnose crashes or technical problems
• Protect the Application, users, and service providers from fraud, abuse, or security threats
• Comply with legal obligations and honor applicable privacy choices

Helann stores preferences, such as notification and filter settings, locally on your device. If you enable match reminders, the Application schedules local notifications on your device. Helann does not use these local notification preferences to create a user account.

You can manage notification permission in your device Settings and can remove locally stored Application data by deleting the Application.

The Application uses third-party services that may process information under their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob and Google services for advertising, consent management, measurement, and diagnostics
• Supabase for delivering Application content and backend services

Helann loads video thumbnail images from YouTube. When a thumbnail is loaded, YouTube may receive network information such as your IP address and device request information.

Helann may also open links to third-party websites or applications, such as official viewing providers and YouTube. When you follow an external link, the destination service's privacy policy applies.

Where required, information is processed based on your consent, including consent choices presented through UMP and permission requested through Apple's ATT framework. You may refuse or withdraw consent without losing access to the Application's core functionality. Other processing may be based on providing the service you request, legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, or compliance with legal obligations, as permitted by applicable law.

The Service Provider may disclose information:

• To service providers that operate features of the Application, including advertising and backend services
• As required by law or valid legal process
• When reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of the Application, subject to applicable law

The Service Provider does not sell personal information for money. Some advertising activities may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain privacy laws. Where applicable, you may exercise available choices through the Application, your device settings, or by contacting the Service Provider.

The Service Provider and third-party service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, the relevant service provider will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

The Service Provider retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. Third-party service providers determine their own retention periods under their respective privacy policies. Preferences and local notification data stored on your device remain until you change them or delete the Application.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of personal information, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To exercise applicable rights concerning information controlled by the Service Provider, contact support@lamoonphan.com. For information controlled by a third-party service provider, you may need to contact that provider directly.

The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the Service Provider, contact support@lamoonphan.com so appropriate action can be taken.

The Service Provider uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and, where required by law, additional notice or consent will be provided.
