Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Helann mobile application and related services operated by KRITTEE TEVAMIT (collectively, the "Application"). KRITTEE TEVAMIT is referred to as the "Service Provider".

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

Helann is an informational sports application that provides sports schedules, match details, scores, reminders, highlights, and links to third-party viewing destinations. The Application does not host, retransmit, sell access to, or provide unauthorized access to live broadcasts or third-party video content.

Sports schedules, scores, viewing destinations, and other information may be supplied by third parties and may change, be delayed, become unavailable, or contain errors. You should verify important information with the relevant league, broadcaster, rights holder, or other official source.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, interfere with, or attempt to extract source code from the Application, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes
• Interfere with the Application, its servers, security features, or the experience of other users
• Use automated systems to scrape, overload, or extract data from the Application without written permission
• Misrepresent your relationship with the Service Provider or use Helann branding without permission
• Use the Application or its information to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights

Match reminders and notifications are provided for convenience. Delivery may depend on device settings, operating system behavior, network availability, schedule changes, and other factors outside the Service Provider's control. The Service Provider does not guarantee that notifications will be delivered at a particular time or at all.

The Application is not a betting, gambling, financial, or professional advisory service. Do not rely solely on the Application's information when making financial, wagering, travel, or other important decisions.

The Application is supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob. Advertisements and advertised products or services are provided by third parties. The Service Provider does not endorse or guarantee third-party advertisements, products, services, or claims.

Your privacy choices relating to advertising, consent, and App Tracking Transparency are described in the Privacy Policy. Refusing tracking permission does not prevent access to the Application's core functionality, although advertisements may still be displayed.

The Application relies on or interacts with third-party services, including:

• Google AdMob for advertising
• Supabase for backend services and delivery of Application content
• YouTube for video thumbnails and links to video content
• Official broadcasters, viewing providers, leagues, clubs, and other external destinations linked by the Application

Third-party content, services, and links are controlled by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms, privacy policies, availability, geographic restrictions, subscriptions, fees, and access requirements. The Service Provider is not responsible for third-party content, services, availability, security, accuracy, or practices.

All third-party names, logos, trademarks, sports data, images, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in the Application does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

The Application's original code, design, branding, and other materials created by the Service Provider are owned by or licensed to the Service Provider and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use Helann trademarks, logos, or branding outside your permitted use of the Application.

The Service Provider's collection and processing of information is described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

Some Application features require an active internet connection. You are responsible for your device, internet access, mobile data, roaming, subscriptions, and any related charges. The Application may not function correctly on unsupported, modified, jailbroken, or rooted devices.

The Service Provider may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Application when reasonably necessary, including to maintain security, comply with law, improve features, or respond to changes in third-party services. Features and supported operating system versions may change over time.

The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Where reasonably possible, material changes affecting use of the Application will be communicated through the Application, website, or an updated version of these Terms.

The Service Provider may restrict or terminate access to the Application if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Application, threaten security, infringe rights, or violate applicable law. You may stop using the Application at any time by deleting it from your device.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Application and its information are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Service Provider does not guarantee that sports information, links, notifications, advertisements, or third-party content will always be accurate, complete, current, available, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Application, including losses caused by inaccurate sports information, missed notifications, unavailable links, third-party content, or service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

You must be legally permitted to use the Application in your jurisdiction. The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law, without the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Service Provider is established, without limiting any mandatory rights or protections available to you under the laws of your place of residence. Any dispute will be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Application after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
